Narrative:

Passenger in main cabin was drinking and flirting with the all female cabin crew during their service. Passenger continued to get out of his seat (when seatbelt sign was on), hanging out in the back galley areas (after being told not to), and in general disturbing the flight attendant's service. Passenger, at one point, cornered one female flight attendant and tried to kiss her. After telling the passenger, 'no,' and pulling him back, flight attendant told me about it over the phone. I went back to passenger's seat and talked to him. I told him he was cut off from drinking and one more outburst, or not listening to the flight attendants, I would have him arrested in ZZZ. I feel alcohol definitely played a large part in this, as well as passenger's disregard of flight attendant's instructions. Passenger felt he was above the rules or they did not apply to him.
