Narrative: I WAS NOTIFIED THAT A SIGNOFF ON ACFT X MIGHT HAVE BEEN MISAPPLIED. AFTER REVIEWING MY SIGNOFF REF, I MIGHT HAVE MISINTERPED THE INTENT OF THE APPROPRIATE DAMAGE LIMITS.
