Narrative:

Passenger in xo was seen exiting the lavatory and cigarette smoke was still evident in lavatory. I approached customer as he entered aisle. When he did not respond, I tapped his shoulder. He turned around and I could smell smoke on him and see cigarettes in his pocket. I informed him he was not allowed to smoke during flight and I removed his cigarettes from his pocket. I gave him first warning from passenger misconduct form, completed form and gave to captain to complete. He never smoked again. Form was submitted upon arrival.
