Narrative:
I was told to work damage repair without eso (engineering service order) from engineering. Discussion of what training had informed about proper paperwork, eso 6-58 etc, etc. Supervisor said to work the job whether it was legal or illegal -- assuming we were refusing to do the work.

Narrative: I WAS TOLD TO WORK DAMAGE REPAIR WITHOUT ESO (ENGINEERING SVC ORDER) FROM ENGINEERING. DISCUSSION OF WHAT TRAINING HAD INFORMED ABOUT PROPER PAPERWORK, ESO 6-58 ETC, ETC. SUPVR SAID TO WORK THE JOB WHETHER IT WAS LEGAL OR ILLEGAL -- ASSUMING WE WERE REFUSING TO DO THE WORK.
