Narrative:

On departure/climb from ZZZZ to ZZZ, aircraft's 'deflected aileron' system malfunctioned, and would not return to normal position after takeoff. All appropriate checklists were followed and malfunction would not correct. Checklist required aircraft to land at nearest suitable airport. This required aircraft to 'dump fuel' and return to ZZZZ. Advised ATC, dumped fuel, and returned to ZZZZ.
