Narrative:
Just returned from restroom break. First officer went for break and forgot to inform of crossing restr and I did not notice new altitude set in altitude window. We missed crossing 120 mi out of jvl at FL290. Both of us at fault for non sops.

Narrative: JUST RETURNED FROM RESTROOM BREAK. FO WENT FOR BREAK AND FORGOT TO INFORM OF XING RESTR AND I DID NOT NOTICE NEW ALT SET IN ALT WINDOW. WE MISSED XING 120 MI OUT OF JVL AT FL290. BOTH OF US AT FAULT FOR NON SOPS.
