Narrative:
C650 direct to mxe for ILS runway 29 approach into 40N. PA31 on V29 at 4000 ft, sbound. I was working numerous aircraft, when due to the complexity, the 2 aircraft were less than 3 mi apart. At the time, I was vectoring at least 6 aircraft on conflicting course.
