Narrative:

Course line checked at takeoff position. All appeared correct. During departure, controller asked if point rbell was a flyover or flyby point. We said flyby. He gave us a phone number to call upon landing. It appeared on his radar we were right off course and in a noise area. Upon talking to vegas departure after landing, problem was discussed. Debriefed chief pilot to change the way the flight plan NOTAMS were listed to insure each departure name listed as separate NOTAM, or put header as 'all LNAV departure instructions.' no separation problems on departure.

Title: B757-200 CREW, ON THE BOACH RNAV ONE SID, FLEW BY WAYPOINT RBELL, RATHER THAN OVER IT. EVEN AFTER DISCUSSING THE PROB WITH THE TRACON SUPVR, THE CREW DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO FLY OVER RBELL.

Narrative: COURSE LINE CHKED AT TKOF POS. ALL APPEARED CORRECT. DURING DEP, CTLR ASKED IF POINT RBELL WAS A FLYOVER OR FLYBY POINT. WE SAID FLYBY. HE GAVE US A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL UPON LNDG. IT APPEARED ON HIS RADAR WE WERE R OFF COURSE AND IN A NOISE AREA. UPON TALKING TO VEGAS DEP AFTER LNDG, PROB WAS DISCUSSED. DEBRIEFED CHIEF PLT TO CHANGE THE WAY THE FLT PLAN NOTAMS WERE LISTED TO INSURE EACH DEP NAME LISTED AS SEPARATE NOTAM, OR PUT HEADER AS 'ALL LNAV DEP INSTRUCTIONS.' NO SEPARATION PROBS ON DEP.
