Narrative:

Climbing through FL310, aircraft lost pressurization, crew conducted an emergency descent in VMC to 12000 ft MSL and returned to ZZZ for landing. ZZZ1 center received our ife and 7700 squawk during the descent. Communications maintained with ZZZ1 during emergency descent. No further emergency situation caused and no emergency was declared and continued with another controling agency. Aircraft landed las vegas XA53Z and no further complications were incurred.
