Narrative:

I was informed on oct/fri/03, by a co-worker that my lmp (lower minimum performance) qualifications had expired, on sep/tue/03. In october I signed off lmp related items on aircraft X with out of date qualifications. A few months prior, I was informed by supervisor that each amt was now responsible for his own training updates. I informed him I didn't have pass codes or other information needed to access my training. He told me we would have training at a later date. Neither of us followed up.
