Narrative:

We departed crg at XI00 and asked ground if tfr due to airshow was still active. He replied 'no, it ended at XH00.' as per the fdc NOTAM for the day. The tfr was only supposed to be active from XA00-XI00. At XJ00 on a local CTAF we were informed that the tfr had been reactivated, unannounced. At the time of that transmission I was outside the tfr. However, I may have penetrated it at an earlier time. This is a major problem with tfr's. We checked all NOTAMS, followed the rules and then it was reactivated without any warning. There really is no way to prevent this from happening if they keep popping up.
