Narrative:

I was waiting near the aircraft lavatory when a first class passenger came out of it and it smelled somewhat like smoke and also an air freshener. The cockpit crew (first officer) was waiting in the cockpit for the lavatory and we signaled him that it was vacant. When he went into the lavatory, he smelled cigarette smoke very strongly. The captain called for company personnel to meet the flight upon arrival at dfw.
