Narrative:

During pwrback with a planned and briefed tail south turn at dfw gate, nosewheel would not turn. Came out of reverse, stopped and parked. Flashed lights and got a wing walker to come over to check for a steering bypass pin. He found an unflagged pin in the bypass hole and removed it and showed it to me.
