Narrative:

During our flight we realized that our altitude indicators were reading differently. They were off about 1000 ft from each other. The captain was flying and I brought this to his attention. He said that it wasn't that big of a deal. Also, at this time our airspeed indicators were reading differently. I also brought this to his attention. Both of these incidents happened right after takeoff. I suggested that we go back and land and the captain said there was no need to and that we could continue on the flight. I told him of my concerns and that I wasn't comfortable with the situation. He said we were going to do it his way and that was the end of it. On coming down from altitude from FL450 and FL340 he didn't descend when he was supposed to. I kept telling him that center needs us to start down. After the center called for the third time, he started down. Our airspeed indicators were still not reading correctly at this time. He got the descent going a little too fast and had a hard time slowing up. We needed to make the crossing restr at marlin for the marlin 4 arrival, fll international airport. Upon reaching 7000 ft, I told him to level off and he continued down. He said he needed to get his airspeed up. I told him to level off and pushed the power up. I kept telling him that he was still descending and he wasn't doing anything about it. I took the airplane and pushed the power up and got us back up to 7000 ft. He wasn't too happy about that. He is a very demanding man and very difficult to work with in the cockpit. We landed fine.
