Narrative:

Final approach runway 17L dfw -- the ILS was turned around, ie, it idented as runway 35R. Localizer and GS were out of whack. The only reason I bring this up is because it took several calls from different crews before the tower warned inbound flts that the ILS was inoperative. Just a caution that we have to watch this one too. If it had been IMC, this could have caused major problems. You guys are going to have to bite the bullet and learn morse code.

Title: A CONFIGN CHANGE WAS MADE AT DFW FROM S RWYS TO N RWYS. THE ILS CONFIGN MAY NOT HAVE SIMULTANEOUSLY CHANGED.

Narrative: FINAL APCH RWY 17L DFW -- THE ILS WAS TURNED AROUND, IE, IT IDENTED AS RWY 35R. LOC AND GS WERE OUT OF WHACK. THE ONLY REASON I BRING THIS UP IS BECAUSE IT TOOK SEVERAL CALLS FROM DIFFERENT CREWS BEFORE THE TWR WARNED INBOUND FLTS THAT THE ILS WAS INOP. JUST A CAUTION THAT WE HAVE TO WATCH THIS ONE TOO. IF IT HAD BEEN IMC, THIS COULD HAVE CAUSED MAJOR PROBS. YOU GUYS ARE GOING TO HAVE TO BITE THE BULLET AND LEARN MORSE CODE.
