Narrative:
Approaching waypoint we hit moderate turbulence at approximately 11300 ft. There was negative G's followed by positive G's. After we hit the turbulence I called back to the purser to ask if everyone was ok. He said everything was ok. In the 45 min customs line I was informed that a flight attendant hurt her back.
