Narrative:

Minimal weight and balance error as the first officer used the wrong form. Passenger weights were changed from 180 pounds to 190 pounds. Bag weights were changed from 25 pounds to 30 pounds. The form used was the old (old weights). Error minimal as we had 3 passenger and 3 bags. Explained to the first officer that, when there is a revision to our procedures, we need to follow them. I had him discard all old weight and balance forms.
