Narrative:

Captain was issued taxi clearance to turn left on taxiway F and right on bb to hold short of taxiway east. Captain taxied aircraft right on taxiway F and immediately stopped aircraft prior to entering runway 4/22. First officer was communicating with company radio for gate assignment and did not hear taxi clearance. Both pilots should have been listening to ATC until clear of all active runways to prevent problem.

Narrative: CAPT WAS ISSUED TAXI CLRNC TO TURN L ON TXWY F AND R ON BB TO HOLD SHORT OF TXWY E. CAPT TAXIED ACFT R ON TXWY F AND IMMEDIATELY STOPPED ACFT PRIOR TO ENTERING RWY 4/22. FO WAS COMMUNICATING WITH COMPANY RADIO FOR GATE ASSIGNMENT AND DID NOT HEAR TAXI CLRNC. BOTH PLTS SHOULD HAVE BEEN LISTENING TO ATC UNTIL CLR OF ALL ACTIVE RWYS TO PREVENT PROB.
