Narrative:

I was notified by mr X of company X, that he had sent my airplane (socata tb-20) to ZZZ, us, to demonstrate the airplane to a prospective buyer. During landing, the nose gear would not come down, and the mains did. The pilot said the gear switch did not operate. The airplane nose gear collapsed and the propeller struck the runway causing engine damage. I am waiting for the estimate of repair. The annual was due in august, and I informed mr X that I did not want to do the annual until a buyer was found so as not to have the engine torn down twice, also to not fly the airplane out of license. He did not inform me of this trip to ZZZ, nor did he have my permission to fly the airplane.
