Narrative:
I was going to the parking lot. A fuel truck was on front. I did not see that he was turing right. Probably I was following too close, I am not sure. I did try to stop, but the brakes went all the way down and it did not stop. I got hi on the driver's side and he dragged me off the road.

Title: A TECHNICIAN DRIVING A RAMP VEHICLE RPTS VEHICLE BRAKE FAILURE RESULTING IN A COLLISION WITH A FUEL TRUCK.
Narrative: I WAS GOING TO THE PARKING LOT. A FUEL TRUCK WAS ON FRONT. I DID NOT SEE THAT HE WAS TURING R. PROBABLY I WAS FOLLOWING TOO CLOSE, I AM NOT SURE. I DID TRY TO STOP, BUT THE BRAKES WENT ALL THE WAY DOWN AND IT DID NOT STOP. I GOT HI ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE AND HE DRAGGED ME OFF THE ROAD.
