Narrative:

On descent from FL290 to FL230 heading 150 degrees, received vector 15 degrees right for descent. Passing about FL260, received TCASII TA 'traffic, traffic.' obtained visual on traffic 11:30 O'clock position slightly low. TCASII indicated -200 ft separation initially, decreasing. Center gave another vector right to 220 degrees. Observed slight right to left crossing angle on traffic. Traffic passed slightly below and down the left side.
