Narrative:

1 week ago, I purchased a new flight guide. There were no notations in airport diagram. Contacted williamsport FSS to check WX and NOTAMS (nothing was said about ADIZ). 1) ilg, de, to bay bridge airport, W29, md. 2) VFR flight at 2500 ft thence descended below class B restrs and contacted unicom 123.0 and was told to 'extended downwind for runway 29' to water tower for noise abatement. This action carried me into the ADIZ and I was contacted by TRACON. I had been listening to bwi approach throughout the evolution of the descent. I was told on frequency in-flight to call on the ground. When I landed, the airport secretary came out and told me they were wanting me to call. Immediately, I called TRACON and spoke to a controller and a supervisor who told me that I flew through the ADIZ limits.
