Narrative:

I was flying as the first officer and the captain was working the radio. After landing on runway 24 at fok we were told to exit taxiway C and hold short of runway 19. Evidently I did not hear the hold short instruction as I was rolling out on the runway. I exited on taxiway C and was taxiing west toward the ramp area. Approaching runway 19 I looked both ways and saw a single-engine piston plane rolling out on runway 19. I started braking to stop and just about the same time the tower told us to hold our position and the captain yelled to stop. We stopped just past the hold short line for runway 19. The other plane exited runway 19 at taxiway C. The tower told us to cross runway 19, contact ground on the other side and to be careful. We told him we would be very careful. We crossed runway 19, contacted ground and taxied to the ramp. I saw the other plane and started to stop before the tower or the captain said anything because it is our company's policy to always clear left and right before crossing a runway. From now on, I will also slow down when crossing a runway so as to be in better position to stop quickly.

Title: C560 LNDG RWY 24 AT FOK CROSSED HOLD LINE FOR RWY 19 WITHOUT CLRNC.

Narrative: I WAS FLYING AS THE FO AND THE CAPT WAS WORKING THE RADIO. AFTER LNDG ON RWY 24 AT FOK WE WERE TOLD TO EXIT TXWY C AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 19. EVIDENTLY I DID NOT HEAR THE HOLD SHORT INSTRUCTION AS I WAS ROLLING OUT ON THE RWY. I EXITED ON TXWY C AND WAS TAXIING W TOWARD THE RAMP AREA. APCHING RWY 19 I LOOKED BOTH WAYS AND SAW A SINGLE-ENG PISTON PLANE ROLLING OUT ON RWY 19. I STARTED BRAKING TO STOP AND JUST ABOUT THE SAME TIME THE TWR TOLD US TO HOLD OUR POS AND THE CAPT YELLED TO STOP. WE STOPPED JUST PAST THE HOLD SHORT LINE FOR RWY 19. THE OTHER PLANE EXITED RWY 19 AT TXWY C. THE TWR TOLD US TO CROSS RWY 19, CONTACT GND ON THE OTHER SIDE AND TO BE CAREFUL. WE TOLD HIM WE WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL. WE CROSSED RWY 19, CONTACTED GND AND TAXIED TO THE RAMP. I SAW THE OTHER PLANE AND STARTED TO STOP BEFORE THE TWR OR THE CAPT SAID ANYTHING BECAUSE IT IS OUR COMPANY'S POLICY TO ALWAYS CLR L AND R BEFORE XING A RWY. FROM NOW ON, I WILL ALSO SLOW DOWN WHEN XING A RWY SO AS TO BE IN BETTER POS TO STOP QUICKLY.
