TCASII advisory of closing traffic during approach nearing TCASII airplane symbol on 5 NM scale and 300 ft difference. We began avoidance off course. Target came onto TCASII, airplane symbol with '00' difference at 1 point while we pwred away 90 degree off course.

Narrative: TCASII ADVISORY OF CLOSING TFC DURING APCH NEARING TCASII AIRPLANE SYMBOL ON 5 NM SCALE AND 300 FT DIFFERENCE. WE BEGAN AVOIDANCE OFF COURSE. TARGET CAME ONTO TCASII, AIRPLANE SYMBOL WITH '00' DIFFERENCE AT 1 POINT WHILE WE PWRED AWAY 90 DEG OFF COURSE.
