Narrative:

When we were given the visual approach clearance, approach control told us to contact the tower. I was the PF, so the captain was on the radios. I called for the gear down before landing checklist and continued the approach to a landing on runway 25L at lax. As the aircraft slowed, the captain took the flight controls and I took over on the radios. That's when I noticed we were still on approach control frequency. I immediately switched to ground and they told us to cross runway 25R and taxi to parking.

Narrative: WHEN WE WERE GIVEN THE VISUAL APCH CLRNC, APCH CTL TOLD US TO CONTACT THE TWR. I WAS THE PF, SO THE CAPT WAS ON THE RADIOS. I CALLED FOR THE GEAR DOWN BEFORE LNDG CHKLIST AND CONTINUED THE APCH TO A LNDG ON RWY 25L AT LAX. AS THE ACFT SLOWED, THE CAPT TOOK THE FLT CTLS AND I TOOK OVER ON THE RADIOS. THAT'S WHEN I NOTICED WE WERE STILL ON APCH CTL FREQ. I IMMEDIATELY SWITCHED TO GND AND THEY TOLD US TO CROSS RWY 25R AND TAXI TO PARKING.
