Narrative:

2 declarations of armed individuals, atf and epa. Captain asked why they did not check weapons and what the reasons for carrying onboard. They did not have a reason for carrying weapons in the cabin. The ground coordinator boarded the two anyhow with weapons in the cabin. This I believe was in violation of far 108. Note from supervisor: federal law enforcement officials are legal to carry firearms without a specific reason. Far 108 is now crash fire rescue equipment 1544.
