Narrative:

Late landing clearance. On approach to runway 16 at cll, forgot to hand us off to tower for landing clearance. We realized the error at approximately 200 ft AGL. We immediately switched to tower and they gave us landing clearance. As a result of the late handoff to tower, cll tower told a preceding cessna on approach to the same runway to go around. We had spotted the traffic during the visual approach, and this prompted us to switch to tower. Adequate separation was maintained visually with the cessna traffic, and the landing was uneventful. Supplemental information from acn 589418: ZHU cleared us for a visual approach to runway 16 then did not hand us off to tower.

Title: SF34 CREW WAS NOT HANDED OFF FROM THE ARTCC RADAR CTLR TO THE ATCT LCL CTLR. THIS RESULTED IN A LATE LNDG CLRNC WHICH REQUIRED A CESSNA TO GO AROUND.

Narrative: LATE LNDG CLRNC. ON APCH TO RWY 16 AT CLL, FORGOT TO HAND US OFF TO TWR FOR LNDG CLRNC. WE REALIZED THE ERROR AT APPROX 200 FT AGL. WE IMMEDIATELY SWITCHED TO TWR AND THEY GAVE US LNDG CLRNC. AS A RESULT OF THE LATE HDOF TO TWR, CLL TWR TOLD A PRECEDING CESSNA ON APCH TO THE SAME RWY TO GO AROUND. WE HAD SPOTTED THE TFC DURING THE VISUAL APCH, AND THIS PROMPTED US TO SWITCH TO TWR. ADEQUATE SEPARATION WAS MAINTAINED VISUALLY WITH THE CESSNA TFC, AND THE LNDG WAS UNEVENTFUL. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 589418: ZHU CLRED US FOR A VISUAL APCH TO RWY 16 THEN DID NOT HAND US OFF TO TWR.
