Narrative:

At 3500 ft over ZZZ1 the airplane experienced a complete electrical failure. Due to a solid undercast, I continued to my planned destination of ZZZ. All radios failed and the course deviation indicator, which I was using for VOR navigation, failed. I immediately squawked 7600. After getting well south of ZZZ1 I turned toward ZZZ, which was under clear skies. In an effort to alert ZZZ control tower that the airplane's radios had failed, I flew directly toward the tower wagging the airplane's wings. No light gun signal was observed. I then flew the airplane over the pacific ocean to extend the landing gear. I rotated the emergency gear handle until it stopped. I saw a cessna 172 entering the traffic pattern at ZZZ and decided to follow that airplane. I entered a normal left traffic pattern to runway 25L behind the cessna, attempting to attract attention by wagging the airplane's wings. After the cessna had landed and a cpr jet departed from an intersecting runway 30, I landed on runway 25L. The airplane skidded to a stop. I first realized that the gear was not extended upon touchdown. There were no injuries and no substantial damage.

Title: A BE-V35 LOST ELECTRICAL PWR AND LANDED WITH THE GEAR UP.

Narrative: AT 3500 FT OVER ZZZ1 THE AIRPLANE EXPERIENCED A COMPLETE ELECTRICAL FAILURE. DUE TO A SOLID UNDERCAST, I CONTINUED TO MY PLANNED DEST OF ZZZ. ALL RADIOS FAILED AND THE COURSE DEV INDICATOR, WHICH I WAS USING FOR VOR NAV, FAILED. I IMMEDIATELY SQUAWKED 7600. AFTER GETTING WELL S OF ZZZ1 I TURNED TOWARD ZZZ, WHICH WAS UNDER CLR SKIES. IN AN EFFORT TO ALERT ZZZ CTL TWR THAT THE AIRPLANE'S RADIOS HAD FAILED, I FLEW DIRECTLY TOWARD THE TWR WAGGING THE AIRPLANE'S WINGS. NO LIGHT GUN SIGNAL WAS OBSERVED. I THEN FLEW THE AIRPLANE OVER THE PACIFIC OCEAN TO EXTEND THE LNDG GEAR. I ROTATED THE EMER GEAR HANDLE UNTIL IT STOPPED. I SAW A CESSNA 172 ENTERING THE TFC PATTERN AT ZZZ AND DECIDED TO FOLLOW THAT AIRPLANE. I ENTERED A NORMAL L TFC PATTERN TO RWY 25L BEHIND THE CESSNA, ATTEMPTING TO ATTRACT ATTN BY WAGGING THE AIRPLANE'S WINGS. AFTER THE CESSNA HAD LANDED AND A CPR JET DEPARTED FROM AN INTERSECTING RWY 30, I LANDED ON RWY 25L. THE AIRPLANE SKIDDED TO A STOP. I FIRST REALIZED THAT THE GEAR WAS NOT EXTENDED UPON TOUCHDOWN. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND NO SUBSTANTIAL DAMAGE.
