Narrative:

Arriving into fll near the fort myers area, I was deviating to the southwest around WX when the controller suddenly said 'make a right 360 degrees to avoid a military area,' then said to squawk 7700 about 1 min later. I made the right turn immediately, but was still asked to squawk 7700. I was told to go back to my original squawk in about 2 mins.
