Narrative:
Seattle mountain 5 departure. I was waiting for vector to east from departure control. We were turned to 110 degrees after passing 12 DME and 9000 ft MSL (assigned). They were expecting a turn passing 4000 ft/8 DME to 070 degrees. Factors: 1) possibly unclr departure procedure. 2) bottom of normal sleep cycle. I had been sleeping late night, which was early evening for anchorage time. I had to get up in the seattle hotel early morning, anc time, for the very early (anc) takeoff. Sleep in seattle approximately 6 hours. I felt forced to be awake and alert. Disruption of sleep cycle.
