Narrative:

Despite being aware of NOTAM and ATIS information of 1ST 2600 ft of runway 19L being closed, I landed in this portion of the runway. Contributing factors: 1ST time into airport, a lot of local terminology being used by controller, being asked to widen out base to follow aircraft on downwind turning base inside me, told to s-turn overflying this aircraft. PAPI was on and giving good guidance to runway 19L despite being notamed OTS, orange markers were not easily visible from air (after landing they were pointed out to me and were narrow pylon type cones rather than the normal orange shaped cone), no markings or lights on runway, no mention from local controller until after landing.
