Narrative:

Did full procedure IFR approach with procedure turn to localizer runway 26 excellent WX severe clear on sat afternoon. Had new pilot wanted to practice the IFR procedure. Came straight in, called inside the marker on unicom for runway 26. Saw jet traffic taxiing and announcing departure from runway 26. On rollout saw C150 fly overhead as we crossed intersection of runways 26/32. Never heard other aircraft on unicom frequency. Geographical features of airport and mix of many kinds of traffic. Differing speeds, etc, intersecting runways and non-twred airport contributed to incidence. Also weekend and great WX, when all 'weekend warriors' are out. Recommendations: can't be too careful when this situation presents itself. Special emphasis on use of radio technique and cautionary notes on the operations at airport. Also some fields, though generally not that busy could use a part time tower on clear weekend days only. Example, what happened at boca raton, fl. Refer to copy of commercial airport diagram.

Narrative: DID FULL PROC IFR APCH WITH PROC TURN TO LOC RWY 26 EXCELLENT WX SEVERE CLR ON SAT AFTERNOON. HAD NEW PLT WANTED TO PRACTICE THE IFR PROC. CAME STRAIGHT IN, CALLED INSIDE THE MARKER ON UNICOM FOR RWY 26. SAW JET TFC TAXIING AND ANNOUNCING DEP FROM RWY 26. ON ROLLOUT SAW C150 FLY OVERHEAD AS WE CROSSED INTXN OF RWYS 26/32. NEVER HEARD OTHER ACFT ON UNICOM FREQ. GEOGRAPHICAL FEATURES OF ARPT AND MIX OF MANY KINDS OF TFC. DIFFERING SPDS, ETC, INTERSECTING RWYS AND NON-TWRED ARPT CONTRIBUTED TO INCIDENCE. ALSO WEEKEND AND GREAT WX, WHEN ALL 'WEEKEND WARRIORS' ARE OUT. RECOMMENDATIONS: CAN'T BE TOO CAREFUL WHEN THIS SIT PRESENTS ITSELF. SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON USE OF RADIO TECHNIQUE AND CAUTIONARY NOTES ON THE OPS AT ARPT. ALSO SOME FIELDS, THOUGH GENERALLY NOT THAT BUSY COULD USE A PART TIME TWR ON CLR WEEKEND DAYS ONLY.
