Nose of aircraft went up just prior to main wheel touchdown, causing undo pressure on nose gear when it contacted the runway. 48 days since last flight in velocity. Corrective action: next flts will be taken on only calm days. Flight instruction (landing) signoff required prior to next solo flight. Downtime from completion of flight instruction and next solo flight to be as short as possible and no longer than 5 days.
