Narrative:

3 same company B737 aircraft on frequency going to bna with similar call signs. I turned air carrier bcde, but said air carrier bcdd and air carrier abcd answered. Air carrier abcd turned into traffic (air carrier west) that was already on a vector to go behind air carrier abcd. Additional vectors were given to air carrier west and air carrier abcd. Separation was lost. I noticed the history on air carrier abcd turning left. Wrong aircraft answered the turn.
