Passenger drank out of own liquor brought onboard, in spite of cabin announcement made that such activity is not permitted. Passenger was also served liquor by flight attendants, who were not aware he was consuming his own. He urinated in a paper cup at his seat, and made no attempt to use the lavatory. He used foul language toward the woman sitting next to him. Upon being confronted by the flight crew, he became cooperative and apologetic. He slept for the remainder of the flight. The captain spoke to him at the flight's conclusion, and passenger continued to be cooperative. Reports filed with our air carrier.
