Narrative:

On arrival at the gate in oak with parking brake set, the jetway made contact with the aircraft with enough force to scratch the paint of aircraft 2 ft aft and 1 ft below door 1L door line. The scratches were deep enough to also remove the primer coat and was caused by 2 screws holding down rubber pad on the jetway edge. After passenger deplaned, captain asked jetway to be pulled back to inspect damaged area. 'Maintenance controller' was notified and logbook entry was made. This was the last leg of the 'identification' and also for the aircraft that night. It seemed that individuals receiving our flight felt rushed since they were still unloading the bags from an earlier arrival. Jetway driver seemed very erratic when maneuvering the jetway.
