Narrative:
I took a pleasure ride towards gloucester and north to seabrook beach and back. Had my GPS and LORAN on so that I would know where I was at all times plus the latest map shows NOTAM prohibited area P-67 kennebunkport 30 mi. I didn't fly in the prohibited area at all. At seabrook area I was flying towards gloucester when a C172 flew below me towards pease airport. When I got back to beverly the tower gave me a telephone number to call. I called and they told me I had flown into area P-67. It was not my plane, it was the C172 that was flying toward sanford. If I was going to fly into sanford I would have filed a VFR plan. I am 85 yrs old. I didn't call flight service because I saw on tv that a government official would be at kennebunkport for 4 days.

Title: HIGHLY EXPERIENCED 85 YR OLD PLT OF C150 ACCUSED OF ENTERING P-67 (KENNEBUNKPORT) PROHIBITED AREA WHILE ON A PLEASURE FLT VEHEMENTLY DENIES HAVING DONE SO.
Narrative: I TOOK A PLEASURE RIDE TOWARDS GLOUCESTER AND N TO SEABROOK BEACH AND BACK. HAD MY GPS AND LORAN ON SO THAT I WOULD KNOW WHERE I WAS AT ALL TIMES PLUS THE LATEST MAP SHOWS NOTAM PROHIBITED AREA P-67 KENNEBUNKPORT 30 MI. I DIDN'T FLY IN THE PROHIBITED AREA AT ALL. AT SEABROOK AREA I WAS FLYING TOWARDS GLOUCESTER WHEN A C172 FLEW BELOW ME TOWARDS PEASE ARPT. WHEN I GOT BACK TO BEVERLY THE TWR GAVE ME A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL. I CALLED AND THEY TOLD ME I HAD FLOWN INTO AREA P-67. IT WAS NOT MY PLANE, IT WAS THE C172 THAT WAS FLYING TOWARD SANFORD. IF I WAS GOING TO FLY INTO SANFORD I WOULD HAVE FILED A VFR PLAN. I AM 85 YRS OLD. I DIDN'T CALL FLT SVC BECAUSE I SAW ON TV THAT A GOV OFFICIAL WOULD BE AT KENNEBUNKPORT FOR 4 DAYS.
