Narrative:

Landing runway 16, runway 11 was notamed and ATIS closed after XA00. Exited runway, contacted ground, cleared to taxiway C to parking. Taxiway C crossed runway 11. I crossed runway 11 without waiting for clearance because it was closed. After the fact, I realized I should've stopped to confirm. 'Taxi to runway' implies crossing other runways, but not 'taxi to parking.' ground's comment was 'radio check,' not sure if that was subtle rebuke. (On departure earlier in the evening, ground was issuing hold short instructions and getting readbacks.) did I miss a clearance to cross and hence failed to acknowledge?
