Narrative:

I returned to my aircraft at shamrock airfield (6g8) to return home. I was unable to contact lansing FSS by cell phone (1-800-WX-brief) although I did contact them on arrival to close my flight pan at XA30. No traditional phones were found. I was unable to contact FSS on 122.2, nor was I able to contact flight watch on duplex. At XB35 by my watch, I departed shamrock. I estimate 12 aircraft departed before me and more were in line to depart after me. At approximately 3 mi from the airport, I heard on the unicom frequency 'shamrock airfield is still closed for another 10 mins.'

Narrative: I RETURNED TO MY ACFT AT SHAMROCK AIRFIELD (6G8) TO RETURN HOME.
