Narrative:

I went out to aircraft with some acrylic cleaner to clean the residue left over on the captain's slider windows from the jetbridge bumper. There were no scratches on the window. After the window was cleaned and the flight crew was satisfied, I signed the logbook off. I failed to mention that no scratches found and that I cleaned the window.
