Narrative:

ATIS reported using runway 32 with cross runway operations in effect. Given the option between ILS to runway 32 or runway 5R, we accepted runway 5R. Given heading 070 degrees at 3100 ft to intercept localizer, cleared runway 5R ILS. We received a good localizer identify. Upon turning to intercept localizer, it started to show reverse course corrections. Initiated a go around after several attempts to intercept. Advised approach control, and were notified by them that tower had taken care of the problem. Landed uneventfully.
