Narrative:

My instrument student and I taxied from the tie down to the approach end of runway 14 and stopped. My instrument student made a broadcast that we were taxiing to runway 14. Prior to leaving our tie down, we saw a piper warrior on the other side of the runway taking on passenger and takeoff from runway 14. At the approach end we made our aircraft checks and looked for traffic. I thought about the aircraft giving rides and checked downwind. The base and final legs are obscured by trees when you are in the takeoff position and therefore not visible. We took a second look over the trees on final and it was clear. My student made a broadcast that we were departing runway 14. As we started our takeoff roll, the piper warrior came approximately 20-30 ft over the top of us and landed about 300 ft ahead of us. We aborted the takeoff. The warrior pilot then came on the radio for the first time and said he was holding at runway 32 for our departure. He did not report downwind, base leg, or final.

Narrative: MY INST STUDENT AND I TAXIED FROM THE TIE DOWN TO THE APCH END OF RWY 14 AND STOPPED. MY INST STUDENT MADE A BROADCAST THAT WE WERE TAXIING TO RWY 14. PRIOR TO LEAVING OUR TIE DOWN, WE SAW A PIPER WARRIOR ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE RWY TAKING ON PAX AND TKOF FROM RWY 14. AT THE APCH END WE MADE OUR ACFT CHKS AND LOOKED FOR TFC. I THOUGHT ABOUT THE ACFT GIVING RIDES AND CHKED DOWNWIND. THE BASE AND FINAL LEGS ARE OBSCURED BY TREES WHEN YOU ARE IN THE TKOF POS AND THEREFORE NOT VISIBLE. WE TOOK A SECOND LOOK OVER THE TREES ON FINAL AND IT WAS CLR. MY STUDENT MADE A BROADCAST THAT WE WERE DEPARTING RWY 14. AS WE STARTED OUR TKOF ROLL, THE PIPER WARRIOR CAME APPROX 20-30 FT OVER THE TOP OF US AND LANDED ABOUT 300 FT AHEAD OF US. WE ABORTED THE TKOF. THE WARRIOR PLT THEN CAME ON THE RADIO FOR THE FIRST TIME AND SAID HE WAS HOLDING AT RWY 32 FOR OUR DEP. HE DID NOT RPT DOWNWIND, BASE LEG, OR FINAL.
