Narrative:

After takeoff and climbing through 25000 ft, a right strut duct leak message appeared on the screen. It was soon followed by a right pack trip and the right hpsov shut down. Maintenance was called and they recommended we return to ord, as this might be a big problem. We returned and declared emergency, followed by an overweight landing.

Narrative: AFTER TKOF AND CLBING THROUGH 25000 FT, A R STRUT DUCT LEAK MESSAGE APPEARED ON THE SCREEN. IT WAS SOON FOLLOWED BY A R PACK TRIP AND THE R HPSOV SHUT DOWN. MAINT WAS CALLED AND THEY RECOMMENDED WE RETURN TO ORD, AS THIS MIGHT BE A BIG PROB. WE RETURNED AND DECLARED EMER, FOLLOWED BY AN OVERWT LNDG.
