Narrative:

Mild turbulence experienced at first, and without any warning, a drop in altitude with major turbulence. 2 other flight attendants on aircraft fell on armrests injuring their hips or back. Cockpit crew never notified flight attendants of turbulence, nor did they bother to check to see if we were okay after the incident. Turbulence lasted for about 5-10 mins. Carts were immediately parked in angle of an unused passenger seat. The flight attendants held down the cart while seated in empty passenger seats.
