Narrative:

First officer takeoff at bwi. Takeoff warning horn sounded when setting takeoff power setting. Takeoff aborted. After clearing runway, I saw that the stabilizer trim was 1 unit off from the required setting. The stabilizer trim was reset to the correct setting and the takeoff was accomplished, normally. The stabilizer trim indictor was worn and with the cockpit configured for night conditions, the trim setting was difficult to see. I would recommend that the lights remain in a bright setting until the pre-takeoff checklist is completed before the cockpit lighting is configured for night conditions.
