Narrative:
On ILS runway 10 sju level 2000 ft aircraft was climbing into our altitude on same path. I broke off approach with climbing left turn. ATC was notified. Approach operations error was indicated. No TCASII advisories. Aircraft passed within 1/2 mi same altitude. ATC was no help. Aircraft was military transport. IMC conditions prevailed.

Title: AN APCH WAS ABANDONED AT LUIS MUNOZ MARIN INTL ARPT SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO WHEN UNRPTED TFC IS OBSERVED.
Narrative: ON ILS RWY 10 SJU LEVEL 2000 FT ACFT WAS CLBING INTO OUR ALT ON SAME PATH. I BROKE OFF APCH WITH CLBING L TURN. ATC WAS NOTIFIED. APCH OPS ERROR WAS INDICATED. NO TCASII ADVISORIES. ACFT PASSED WITHIN 1/2 MI SAME ALT. ATC WAS NO HELP. ACFT WAS MIL TRANSPORT. IMC CONDITIONS PREVAILED.
