Narrative:
On may/thu/03, I svced engine oil on air carrier X flight abcd on through flight. 2 quarts oil were added to each engine, the oil service caps secured then the oil service door closed and secured. To the best of my knowledge all 4 engine oil caps were secured after servicing at ZZZ. When aircraft arrived at ZZZ1 #4 engine oil cap was found unsecure causing partial loss of oil quantity.
