Narrative:
While working the dre position at nashville, I became very frustrated at C152 who seemed to be an inexperienced pilot cutting out many other aircraft on frequency during a very busy period. We were landing south and I descended a B737 inbound from geetr to 4000 ft. C152 was idented and was northbound at 4500 ft. I issued the traffic to C152 of the B737 when they were a mi apart. Though there was green between I should not have let frustration distract me.
