After takeoff from sju passing 4500 ft pressurization lost. Leveled off 5000 ft, attempted control, seemed ok. Continued climb 10000 ft, leveled off. Continued troubleshooting. Pressurization system seemed to operate ok in all available modes but could not get differential pressure 1.8 psi. Returned sju, declared emergency due to overweight landing. Uneventful landing sju.
