Rii expired sep/02. Was unaware. I thought it was completed last august. Have since signed off numerous rii items on different aircraft. Can't document all.

Narrative: RII EXPIRED SEP/02. WAS UNAWARE. I THOUGHT IT WAS COMPLETED LAST AUGUST. HAVE SINCE SIGNED OFF NUMEROUS RII ITEMS ON DIFFERENT ACFT. CAN'T DOCUMENT ALL.
